Scheduling for B2B teams

Booking for humans and agents

One booking layer that your team and its AI agents share: the same rules, the same fairness, the same calendars. Round robin and routing for the whole team at a solo price, and never a double booking.

Free for one host. No credit card needed.

How it works

From calendar to booked meeting in three steps

Set it up once. After that, people and agents book on their own.

  1. Step 1

    Connect Google or Outlook

Each host connects their calendars. rdv.dev reads when they are busy, live, and writes every booking back with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link.

  2. Step 2

Publish a booking page or a routing form

Share one link per meeting, in your brand. Or put a routing form on your website that sends each lead to the right person.

  3. Step 3

Your team and your agents book by the same rules

Prospects book from the page, and agents book through the API or the MCP server. The same hours, buffers and round robin apply to both.

For AI agents

Your agents book the way your team does

The public API, the MCP server and webhooks come with every plan, Free included. An agent finds open times and books one, and the guest gets the same confirmation and calendar invite as when a person books. Nothing an agent can do is a paid add-on.

  • REST API

Open times come back as signed slot tokens. A booking redeems one, and an idempotency key means a retry never books twice.

  • MCP server

Give any assistant that speaks MCP your team's availability, and let it book with your rules applied.

  • Webhooks

Signed events when a meeting is booked, moved or cancelled, so your other systems hear about it at once.

Free runs under fair use. Paid plans have no booking caps.

An agent books a meeting through the REST API with a slot token it was given.

What rdv.dev does with your calendar data

rdv.dev reads free and busy times from the calendars you connect, so it only offers times when the host is free, and it writes the meetings it books to the host's calendar. It does not store the contents of your calendar events, and it uses calendar data only to schedule meetings. You can disconnect a calendar at any time.
