What it does
Fairest first
Each booking goes to a host who is free at that time: the one booked least recently, then the one with the fewest upcoming meetings.
More times for the guest
The page shows every time at least one host is free, so a team offers more slots than any single calendar.
Collective events
For a demo with an account executive and a solutions engineer, guests only see times when every host is free, and every host gets the invite.
The guarantees of a single calendar
Every chosen host is checked again and locked at the moment of booking. Two bookings can never land on the same host's time.
A team price, not a seat price
Round robin and collective events come with every Team band, from €29 a month for 2 to 10 hosts. Admins who only manage are free.
Promises we put in writing
They hold for every part of the product, and they are on the pricing page.
Never double-booked
Free times come from a live read of each host's calendars, and every booking is checked again when it is made. If a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered.
Every feature in every Team band
Team bands differ by number of hosts, never by features. Round robin and routing forms are not an upsell.
Agents on every plan
The API, the MCP server and webhooks are on Free too. Nothing an agent can do is a paid add-on.
A feature in your plan stays in your plan
We never take a feature out of a plan, and your price does not go up while you stay subscribed.
