Availability and calendars

Free times that are actually free

Set your weekly hours once. rdv.dev reads every connected Google or Outlook calendar live, takes out busy time and your buffers, and offers only what is left. When a calendar cannot be read, it offers nothing rather than guess.

On every plan, Free included

The rdv.dev availability screen: weekly hours with several windows a day, in the host's time zone.

What it does

  • Google Calendar and Outlook

Connect Google or Microsoft 365 calendars. Busy times come from every calendar you connect, and each booking is written to the one you choose.

  • Checked twice, never double-booked

The exact slot is checked again at the moment of booking, under a lock, and the database refuses two meetings for one host at the same time.

  • No readable calendar, no times

If a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered and you get one email with a link to reconnect. A guest never books into a gap that was not there.

  • Weekly hours, several windows a day

Morning and afternoon blocks, in your own time zone. Your hours stay right when the clocks change for daylight saving.

  • Booking rules per event type

Buffers before and after, minimum notice, how far ahead guests can book, a daily cap and the interval between start times.

  • Hours for each event type

An event type follows your hours live, or keeps its own: demos in the afternoon, intro calls in the morning. Preview the next free times before you share the link.

Promises we put in writing

They hold for every part of the product, and they are on the pricing page.

  • Never double-booked

Free times come from a live read of each host's calendars, and every booking is checked again when it is made. If a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered.

  • Every feature in every Team band

Team bands differ by number of hosts, never by features. Round robin and routing forms are not an upsell.

  • Agents on every plan

The API, the MCP server and webhooks are on Free too. Nothing an agent can do is a paid add-on.

  • A feature in your plan stays in your plan

We never take a feature out of a plan, and your price does not go up while you stay subscribed.

Every part works with the others: one workspace, one set of calendars, one set of rules.

  • Branding

Your brand on every booking page

Enter your website and get your logos, colours and fonts suggested. You review each one before anything changes.

  • Round robin

Meetings shared fairly across the team

Each booking goes to the free host who has waited longest, or to everyone at once for collective events, with the same guarantees as one calendar.

  • Routing forms

Every lead to the right person

A few questions before the calendar. Ordered rules pick the event, the host or the team, and a fallback catches everyone else.

  • AI agents

An API and MCP server for your agents

A REST API, an MCP server and signed webhooks on every plan. Agents book with the same rules, calendars and fairness as your team.

Start with your own booking page
