Booking pages

A booking page for every meeting, in the guest's language

Each event type gets its own page. Guests pick a time in their own time zone, leave their details and get a confirmation with the video link, and the event lands in the host's calendar.

On every plan, Free included

A rdv.dev booking page for a 30-minute intro call, showing the month's free times in the guest's time zone.

What it does

  • A page for every meeting

Each event type has its own address, like rdv.dev/your-team/intro-call, with its title, length and location. Put it in an email, a signature or a sequence.

  • The guest's time zone and language

Free times are shown in the guest's own time zone. The page, the emails and the texts come in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese.

  • Video, phone or in person

A Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link is created with the event. Or set your own video link, a phone call in either direction, or an address.

  • Confirmations both ways

The guest and the host each get an email as soon as the meeting is booked, and the event is written to the host's calendar.

  • Reschedule or cancel without an account

The guest's confirmation carries a private link to move or cancel the meeting. Moving it frees the old time at once.

  • Text reminders, with consent

Guests who add a number and tick the box get a text the day before, or an hour before for meetings booked at short notice. Nothing is sent without that tick.

Promises we put in writing

They hold for every part of the product, and they are on the pricing page.

  • Never double-booked

Free times come from a live read of each host's calendars, and every booking is checked again when it is made. If a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered.

  • Every feature in every Team band

Team bands differ by number of hosts, never by features. Round robin and routing forms are not an upsell.

  • Agents on every plan

The API, the MCP server and webhooks are on Free too. Nothing an agent can do is a paid add-on.

  • A feature in your plan stays in your plan

We never take a feature out of a plan, and your price does not go up while you stay subscribed.

Every part works with the others: one workspace, one set of calendars, one set of rules.

  • Availability

    Live calendars that never double-book

Weekly hours and booking rules, checked live against every Google or Outlook calendar you connect. No readable calendar, no times offered.

  • Branding

Your brand on every booking page

Enter your website and get your logos, colours and fonts suggested. You review each one before anything changes.

  • Round robin

Meetings shared fairly across the team

Each booking goes to the free host who has waited longest, or to everyone at once for collective events, with the same guarantees as one calendar.

  • Routing forms

Every lead to the right person

A few questions before the calendar. Ordered rules pick the event, the host or the team, and a fallback catches everyone else.

  • AI agents

An API and MCP server for your agents

A REST API, an MCP server and signed webhooks on every plan. Agents book with the same rules, calendars and fairness as your team.

Start with your own booking page

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook, set your weekly hours and share a page that never double-books. Add your team when you are ready.

Free for one host, no card needed. Team plans from €29 a month, VAT excluded.
