How billing works, answered before anyone asks for a card.
A host is a member who can be booked through at least one active event type. Admins and members who only manage the workspace are free, however many you have. Your Team band follows the number of hosts.
Your band follows your host count. Moving up a band is billed pro rata for the rest of the month. Moving down is credited to your next invoice.
No. The public API, the MCP server and webhooks are on every plan. Free runs under fair use and paid plans are uncapped. Rate limits and abuse controls apply to everyone and never take a feature away.
Paid plans include 100 text reminders per host each month. Texts go only to guests who give a number and agree to receive them: a day before the meeting, or an hour before when it is booked at short notice, and one more if the host cancels.
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Your data stays yours to export, and your booking links keep working or redirect.
Refunds follow our refund policy, which sets out when we refund and how. Plans are billed monthly, so cancelling always stops the next charge.
No. Every price on this page is per month, in euros, VAT excluded. rdv.dev is for business use, and VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
