Features

One booking layer for your people and your agents

Booking pages, live calendars and your brand for every host. Round robin, routing forms and an API for the whole team. Every Team band gets every feature.

Six parts, one product

Three make each person bookable. Three make the team bookable, by people and by agents.

  • Availability

    Live calendars that never double-book

Weekly hours and booking rules, checked live against every Google or Outlook calendar you connect. No readable calendar, no times offered.

  • Branding

Your brand on every booking page

Enter your website and get your logos, colours and fonts suggested. You review each one before anything changes.

  • Round robin

Meetings shared fairly across the team

Each booking goes to the free host who has waited longest, or to everyone at once for collective events, with the same guarantees as one calendar.

  • Routing forms

Every lead to the right person

A few questions before the calendar. Ordered rules pick the event, the host or the team, and a fallback catches everyone else.

  • AI agents

An API and MCP server for your agents

A REST API, an MCP server and signed webhooks on every plan. Agents book with the same rules, calendars and fairness as your team.

Make every host bookable

A page for each meeting, hours that follow the calendars, and the look of your company.

Booking pages

One link per meeting, in the guest's language

Each event type gets its own page. Guests pick a time in their own time zone, leave their details and get a confirmation with the video link, and the event lands in the host's calendar.

  • A page for every meetingEach event type has its own address, like rdv.dev/your-team/intro-call, with its title, length and location. Put it in an email, a signature or a sequence.
  • The guest's time zone and languageFree times are shown in the guest's own time zone. The page, the emails and the texts come in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese.
  • Video, phone or in personA Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link is created with the event. Or set your own video link, a phone call in either direction, or an address.

Availability

Live calendars that never double-book

Set your weekly hours once. rdv.dev reads every connected Google or Outlook calendar live, takes out busy time and your buffers, and offers only what is left. When a calendar cannot be read, it offers nothing rather than guess.

  • Google Calendar and OutlookConnect Google or Microsoft 365 calendars. Busy times come from every calendar you connect, and each booking is written to the one you choose.
  • Checked twice, never double-bookedThe exact slot is checked again at the moment of booking, under a lock, and the database refuses two meetings for one host at the same time.
  • No readable calendar, no timesIf a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered and you get one email with a link to reconnect. A guest never books into a gap that was not there.

Branding

Your brand on every booking page

Type your website address. rdv.dev reads your logos, colours and fonts and suggests a brand. You tick what to keep, and your booking pages wear it from then on.

  • Read from your websiterdv.dev reads your site's pages and style sheets for logos, main and accent colours, fonts and corner style, usually in about a second.
  • Nothing changes without your sayEach suggestion is reviewed group by group. Only what you tick is applied, and you can undo it for 15 minutes.
  • Logos, colours, fonts and buttonsLight and dark logos, main and accent colours, heading and body fonts, corner radius, filled or outline buttons, and a light, dark or automatic appearance.

Book as a team

Share meetings fairly, send each lead to the right person, and let your agents book with the same rules.

Round robin

Meetings shared fairly across the team

Put several hosts on one event type. Guests see every time at least one of them is free, and each booking goes to the host who has waited longest. For meetings that need everyone, a collective event finds the times when all of them are free.

  • Fairest firstEach booking goes to a host who is free at that time: the one booked least recently, then the one with the fewest upcoming meetings.
  • More times for the guestThe page shows every time at least one host is free, so a team offers more slots than any single calendar.
  • Collective eventsFor a demo with an account executive and a solutions engineer, guests only see times when every host is free, and every host gets the invite.

Routing forms

Every lead to the right person

Put a short form in front of the calendar. The answers pick the event type, the host or the round-robin pool, by rules you put in order, and a fallback makes sure nobody leaves without a time.

  • Questions before the calendarCompany size, country, product interest: ask what you need. Each form is a public page you can link to or embed on your website.
  • Ordered rules with a fallbackRules are tried from the top and the first match wins. A fallback catches everyone else, so no lead reaches a dead end.
  • To a person, a pool or a pageSend a lead to one host, to a round-robin pool, to a specific event type, or to a page on your own website.

AI agents

An API and MCP server for your agents

Agents get the same booking layer as people: the same calendars, rules and fairness, through a REST API, an MCP server and webhooks. On every plan, Free included.

  • An MCP serverConnect any MCP client. Its tools list event types, find availability, and book, list and cancel meetings, with typed error codes when something is refused.
  • A REST APIWorkspace keys with scopes. Availability returns signed slot tokens and a booking redeems one, so an agent only books a time it was offered.
  • The booking page's rulesAgent bookings run the same calendar checks, locks and round-robin fairness as a guest on your page. An agent cannot double-book a host.

Promises we put in writing

They hold for every part of the product, and they are on the pricing page.

  • Never double-booked

Free times come from a live read of each host's calendars, and every booking is checked again when it is made. If a calendar cannot be read, no times are offered.

  • Every feature in every Team band

Team bands differ by number of hosts, never by features. Round robin and routing forms are not an upsell.

  • Agents on every plan

The API, the MCP server and webhooks are on Free too. Nothing an agent can do is a paid add-on.

  • A feature in your plan stays in your plan

We never take a feature out of a plan, and your price does not go up while you stay subscribed.
